2/15/24

 Today we read two poems one about refugee and one about racism. I learned the deep meaning to how some peoples freedom isn’t another person freedom we don’t all have the freedom others do. This made me rethink to all those times my Hispanic family didn’t have the opportunity’s that other families like black or whites do it made me think a lot and sad for little me and my family and friends. I liked the lesson I understood the meaning to the whole poem on both of them they both made me realize the sad reality to the world. I feel good I’m ready for a 4 day break I really need it I’m relaxed glad I’m passing almost all my classes.

 Today we wrote a poem and wrote about what our dreams are to do in life. I learned how close life is to actually happening in terms of I’m almost an adult really going into real life. This made me think about how my dreams are so close to happening and how close I am to having to work to accomplish my dreams. I didn’t struggle with anything this lesson made me react and be able to express my thoughts and my plans. I feel good the days been easy I don’t have a headache yet like I usually do by this time im glad and relaxed.

 Today we finished the assessment we had for the class. I didnt learn much I just finished the informative essay in the assessment. I plan on learning and investigating more about the bill of rights it has a lot of useful information. I liked the lesson today it was easy it was calm. I struggled on question 20 a bit it was a bit hard but overall it is ok. I feel good today the days going by fast all my classes have been easy so far they haven’t been hard at all.

 Today we worked on a slideshow about what we will study after school what college we would go to that type of stuff. This made me realize how fast time goes I learned how many opportunities we have that many others don’t but also how little opportunity’s we have compared to others. I plan to maybe join a course after high school because knowing just one thing isn’t as good as knowing many and I can learn these things in short amounts of times. I liked this lesson it made it more clear of what to do after school ends it made me sad in a way realizing our childhood is over. I feel good today all my other classes things are going good.
